From high-speed spring coilers enhanced with electronic length controllers to state-of-the-art computer-controlled wire formers, we have kept pace with the latest developments in production capabilities 15E machinespring making and wire forming equipment. But our pursuit of excellence does not stop there. Many of our machines have been built or modified in-house to give us unique capabilities. Our proprietary machines for mandrel winding spring guides give us the ability to wind superior quality spring guides up to 50 feet [15 meters] long. Our PLC based monitoring and feedback systems allow us to closely monitor key dimensions and adjust on the fly toproduction capabilities FX20 machine 2 keep processes centered. Integrated digital camera systems make 100% inspection of key physical dimensions not only possible, but practical. Replacement of standard adjusting systems with ultra fine adjustment systems gives us superior abilities to keep our processes in control.
